Return and Refund Policy

You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return or refund, in accordance with EU regulations. The item must be intact, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging (or equivalent).

How to Proceed

• Contact us before shipping: Email us at acupoftea_av@libero.it or message us on WhatsApp at +39 351 719 7927. We will assess the issue together and guide you on whether a partial/full refund or replacement applies.
• Do not ship without authorization: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

• Fragile or delicate products (contact us if in doubt).
• Items purchased on promotion or gift cards.

Damages or Errors Inspect your order upon delivery. Report any defects, damages, or incorrect items immediately.

Refunds Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and verifying the return, using the agreed payment method. If you do not see the refund after 15 days, contact us at acupoftea_av@libero.it.

EU Right of Withdrawal For orders shipped within the EU, you have 14 days to return the item without providing a reason, as long as it is intact and in its original packaging.
