Delivery Times Order processing takes 2–6 business days. Transit times depend on the distance and the courier selected by A cup of tea, which chooses the most suitable logistics partner to ensure efficient service. Delivery will be made to the address or pickup point specified during checkout.
Shipping Costs Rates vary based on the order value and destination (Italy or Europe). Currently, A cup of tea does not ship outside Europe.
Europe:

- Orders from €30.01 to €100.00: €15.99
- Orders from €100.01 to €200.00: €16.99
- Orders over €200.00: €9.99 (discount applied compared to actual costs)
Italy:
- Orders up to €30.00: €7.99
- Orders from €30.01 to €60.00: €8.99
- Orders from €60.01 to €100.00: €11.99
- Orders from €100.01 to €200.00: €13.99
- Orders over €200.00: FREE SHIPPING
Pickup points in Italy: Fixed cost of €8.99.

Local Delivery Available only upon request and after contacting A cup of tea to verify feasibility. Covered areas include Milan and the northern province of Milan.
